Complete Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

To register and use 3ren's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. 3ren takes this age requirement seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or business entity.
• You are not currently on any self-exclusion list or ban list issued by any relevant authority.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 3ren reserves the right to verify this information at any time.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at 3ren. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in the freezing of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you will be required to provide your full name as per your identification document, an active Malaysian phone number, and a valid email address. Phone number verification via OTP is mandatory to activate your 3ren account. Additional verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed, or once your cumulative withdrawal amount exceeds a specified threshold.

Your 3ren account is entirely your responsibility. The following are guidelines you must adhere to regarding account security:

• You are solely responsible for keeping your 3ren account password and login credentials confidential. Do not share this information with anyone, including family members.
• 3ren will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if such access results from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the 3ren support team immediately to request a temporary account freeze.
• A 3ren account may not be transferred, sold, or used by any other individual under any circumstances.

3ren encourages all members to enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via the account settings panel. This feature adds an extra layer of security that prevents unauthorised access even if your password has been compromised.

3ren supports a wide range of popular and trusted digital payment methods in Malaysia. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.

• All deposits must come from a legitimate source and be made in your own name. 3ren does not accept third-party deposits.
• If a deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact 3ren support with proof of your transaction.
• 3ren reserves the right to reject or hold suspicious deposits pending further investigation in accordance with established anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• 3ren does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, individual e-wallet providers may apply their own internal charges.

3ren is committed to processing all valid withdrawals promptly and efficiently. Please review the following withdrawal terms before submitting a withdrawal request:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for all available payment methods.
• Withdrawals via DuitNow and Touch 'n Go eWallet are typically completed within 1 to 5 minutes. Bank transfers via FPX take between 5 and 30 minutes during standard banking hours.
• The first withdrawal from a new account may require identity verification (KYC) before it is processed. This is a standard security procedure in place to protect you.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to the same payment method or under the same name as the original deposit, unless a specific exception has been approved by the 3ren team.
• 3ren reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing if suspicious activity is detected or outstanding bonus rollover requirements have not yet been met.

3ren offers a range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following conditions, which must be met before any withdrawal is permitted:

• 150% Welcome Bonus: Offered to new 3ren members on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM 1,500. This bonus is subject to a 30x rollover requirement before any withdrawal is permitted. Example: A RM 100 bonus requires a total wager of RM 3,000 before funds can be withdrawn.
• Weekly Cashback: Cashback is calculated based on net losses for the week and credited every Monday. Cashback carries a 1x rollover requirement before withdrawal.
• Bonuses may not be combined with other bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
• 3ren reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if a player is found to have abused the bonus system, including opening multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses.
• All promotional offers have an expiry date. Check the specific terms for each promotion on the 3ren promotions page for more details.
• 3ren reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected members.

The bonus value offered may vary depending on your VIP tier. Diamond VIP members at 3ren enjoy higher bonus rates and more favourable rollover requirements compared to regular members. Level up to a higher VIP tier by playing more actively on 3ren each month.

All games offered by 3ren — including slots, live casino, crash games such as JetX, and card games such as Hi Lo Live and Free Bet Blackjack — have individual rules stated within each game's interface. The general terms applicable to all games on 3ren are as follows:

• All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited to ensure the fairness of every outcome.
• Game results are final once displayed in the system. No appeals against valid results will be accepted.
• In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, 3ren will refund the relevant wager amount to the player's account once the technical investigation is complete.
• Players are strictly prohibited from using automation software, bots, or any other unauthorised methods to gain an advantage in gameplay. Such violations will result in immediate account suspension.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are clearly stated within each game's interface on 3ren.

For every game, the audited RTP (Return to Player) is made available for players' reference. This is 3ren's commitment to transparency — we do not hide these figures because we believe players deserve to make informed decisions.

3ren takes its responsible gambling commitment very seriously. We provide a range of self-control tools that every member can access at any time through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that cannot be increased without a 72-hour waiting period.
• Session Loss Limit: Gaming activity will be automatically stopped once the set loss limit for a session has been reached.
• Play Time Limit: Set daily or weekly play time limits with automatic reminders as the limit approaches.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily freeze your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or another duration of your choosing.

3ren reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of any of the following:

• Holding multiple accounts under the same individual's name to claim duplicate bonuses.
• Using false or borrowed personal information during registration.
• Involvement in money laundering or the transfer of illicit funds through the 3ren platform.
• Using third-party software to exploit game bugs or gain unauthorised advantages.
• Abuse of the bonus system, including players collaborating to exploit promotions.
• Any threatening or abusive behaviour directed at 3ren staff.

In cases of valid suspension, any funds not linked to fraudulent activity will be returned to the account holder once the investigation is concluded. Members who wish to close their account for personal reasons may contact 3ren support — voluntary account closure is completed within 5 business days.

While 3ren strives to keep the platform running smoothly at all times, there are certain limitations to our liability that you should be aware of:

• 3ren is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions, issues with your device, or interruptions caused by third-party service providers that are beyond our control.
• In the event of a technical disruption that prevents a game from being completed, 3ren will refund only the original wager amount to the player's account.
• Winnings resulting from a clear software bug rather than fair gameplay may be voided by 3ren following a technical investigation.
• 3ren makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from errors, disruptions, or cyber incidents. However, we continually invest in our infrastructure and security to minimise these risks.

3ren reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes through one of the following methods:

• In-platform notification upon your next login.
• Email notification to the address registered in your 3ren account.
• An announcement on the 3ren homepage with reasonable advance notice.

Continued use of the 3ren platform after any amendments to the terms take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account and withdraw all funds before the new terms come into force. The effective date of the latest terms will always be displayed at the top of this document.

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable law, and any dispute that cannot be resolved mutually will be referred to a recognised arbitration body under the appropriate jurisdiction.
